Marco Gercke
Marco is attorney-at-law and lecturer for Law related to Cybercrime at University of Cologne, where he also made his PhD. He is a guest lecturer for International Criminal Law at the University of Macau. He is a researcher and publisher in the areas of national and international dimension of cybercrime. He is involed in a Council of Europe project in the Balkans as expert for cybercrime.
